If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@drinkpurpl.com with your order number and brief description of the issue. As a small business, we appreciate your patience and will respond as quickly as possible with the next steps.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date for unused, and unopened products and eligible merchandise. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 30 days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

For safety reasons, unopened beverages and other consumable products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
